A Message from our President
The problems that organizations face today are complex and often rapidly evolving. Too many so-called solutions consist of superficial thoughts put together by busy employees who just do not have the time or breadth of knowledge needed. Too many strategic decisions are made by following a fad rather than careful analysis.

Implements provides a perspective that is based on the combination of deep technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of market physics. We make sure that our results meet the real needs of our clients.

	Company Background The company was founded in 1988 to develop and market a software product in the programming tools area. It has evolved over the years with its customers' needs, and now provides more services than products. But Implements will occasionally, per customer request, conceptualize, architect or build solutions.

Norton Greenfeld, Ph.D.
Norton has been in the information technology industry in research and development, company formation, product development, strategic market research, and management consulting. He has served as an industry analyst and columnist.

Norton has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Engineering Science (Computer Science) and a B.S. in Mathematics, all from the California Institute of Technology.
